eSHare, the system that handles interfaced laboratory orders and results between various practice EMRs (Electronic Medical Record) and the Spectrum Health West Michigan Epic system, will be down for an upgrade for two hours on Sunday night.
During this downtime, orders and results will not pass from eSHare to Epic or vice versa. These will queue up and release once the upgrade is completed.
Outage Begin Time: 11-07-2021 22:00:00 (10 pm)
Outage End time: 11-08-2021 00:00 (midnight)
This will have no impact on Epic (“Hyperspace”), EpicCare Link (“Link” or “ECL”), or Epic Community Connect (formerly Epic Affiliate Program).
